The system reports errors immediately when devices lose connection, so most issues are detected and resolved remotely through the management system. If parts need replacing, a technician will go on-site.

Yes. Just install an additional QR payment device on the existing machine — 5 to 15 minutes per machine, no need to replace the machine. Management software is shared.

Yes. Washing and drying machines, central screens, QR devices, and management software are all sold separately for store owners to set up themselves.

There are no monthly franchise fees. The only costs incurred after investment are payment system service fees and management software, clearly specified in the contract.
