Why we make our own equipment

A self-service laundry without staff can only operate when the payment system never fails. When the circuit board is purchased from one place, the software is leased from another, and the machine is imported from a third source, any issue becomes a debate over who is at fault — while customers wait in front of a non-working machine.

Chí Vĩ designs the circuit board in-house, writes the firmware, and builds the management system. A team is responsible from start to finish, so when issues arise, there is someone to fix it.
